Recommended stuff (music and films)
Well, it has been a long time since I haven’t recommended a few tunes (and now with filmes too!!) for your week, so here we go:
- The Cloud Room – Beautiful Mess
- I have to say, The Cloud Room really took me by surprise. This music in particular has such a nice beat to it, and such an uplifting rhythm (lyric+music). It’s a really great song to get your spirit up! Be sure to check out the rest of the album, it’s well worth it.

Blog changes
Hi gang,
I have just added a link to the top of the page (where am I), which should show up my location (or at least, where my Blackberry thinks I am). I am still figuring out the frequency I will use to update those values, because that means the mobile phone turning up the GPS, and sending the values through zeh Interwebs, which, of course, costs battery.
Also, I would like your help in deciding which gallery system I should keep. The new one, actually fetches the photos from flickr, so it’s more practical for me, as I don’t have to update both the galleries (the andrelemos.com and flickr.com one).
Loading ...Ps.: try not to judge the galleries based on their contents, but rather on the layout/functionality!

During a debate on an internal mailing list on the company where I work, we started discussing the pros and cons of digital against analogic photography. Of course, I couldn’t stand still, so, along the day, I ended up writting a really big e-mail (in Portuguese, sorry folks), with the path I have done, photography wise.
You’ll probably find some rants along the way, so be sure to wear your protection hat.

This plugin for wordpress is kind of cool. Just used my Blackberry’s GPS to log my small trip, and this is what it shows here on wordpress:

Windows 7. β-version
Ora bem,
hoje vou fazer um post reduzido – sim, pela primeira vez. Como dá para perceber pelo título, vou falar de algo relativamente ao último Windows e a sua versão beta. Não sei se os gaijos do Windows são perspicazes ou têm falta de originalidade… Apesar de ser uma “mal-dizenta” do Win., a verdade é que uso este SO. No entanto, tenho o Kubuntu para me ir salvando.
Em conversa com o menino André, acabei por contar-lhe um facto que ele desconhecia. (YAY!!! 
) Sugeriu-me substituir o Win Vista pela Versão beta do Win 7, e no final da instalação comentei o wallpaper com ele… Aparentemente, o meu menino desconhecia as raízes ou o porquê do wallpaper que este windows tem - por “defeito”. Assim, sugeriu-me criar um post sobre o facto que se segue.
Antes de inciar, gostava de saber qual a percentagem de utilizadores da versão beta do Win. 7 que sabe o “PORQUÊ?” da escolha do wallpaper inicial, quando terminamos a instalação. Mas pronto… o INE ainda não fornece este tipo de dados. Read more…
